Shirley Manson's solo album

The possible tracklisting for Shirley Manson's solo album has been leaked. This information thanks to the Garbage Disco Box fan site

Shirley has collaborated with The White Stripes' Jack White, Smashing Pumpkins' Billy Corgan and The Blue Nile's Paul Buchanan on the tracks, which are also credited to The Bird And The Bee's Greg Kurstin.

The track titles have appeared on the ASCAP (American Society Of Composers, Authors and Publishers) and are as follows:

The album has been postponed and will not now be released May 2008 (infact, will it ever be released at all!)

Shirley is to make a personal appearance at the MAC counter in Harvey Nichols, Edinburgh to receive a cheque for Waverley Care charity on Thursday 10th April 2008 between 1-2pm. More here

 "That's Shirley Manson of Garbage fame singing with me. One of my favorite records of all time is Bob Dylan's "Desire" and especially "Isis" and "One More Cup of Coffee" with the great female voice blended in. I love that. It's another thing that being in a band was not possible, Now it's whatever goes. At first Shirley didn't want to sing on it. I wrote her and she wrote back and said, "You persuasive bastard." So she came to sing on it. And she's great on it. It's just about relationships and how we're always in trouble."

Gavin's debut album is due for release the first week in June 2008
